1. Without any price deduction diamond jewelries can be changed within 7 days. In case of nosepin, time frame is limited to 05 days (only vat will be deducted).
02. Services like color polishing, repairing and rhodium are totally free for the jewelries that are purchased form Diamond & Divas.
03. Due to polishing resizing and repairing around 2%-3% polish loss can take place in case of gold and diamond jewelries.
04. To ensure the product standard and quantity for diamond jewelries, customers will be provided with international Standard Certificate. Customers will have to collect these certificates on their own hands from our showrooms.

06. According to the Gold Policy of 2018, while selling any new, used or old jewelries, a seller (owner of the jewelries) will have to submit photocopy of national ID card or passport.

As per the instructions of Bangladesh jewelers Samity, in case of gold and diamond product’s cash Back Offer (Receiving cash against of purchased products) customer will receive and amount after deducting (Gold 20%) (Diamond 25%) upon the market price and for product Exchange (Gold 10%) (Diamond 15%) upon the market price will be deducted.In both cased product’s making charge, stone price and Government appointed VAT will be excluded.
